Our service costs $5.00 as a one-time payment, which gives you access to your customized Global Entry notifications. We believe this represents a great value to our customers. Our service is more affordable and better value than our competitors, which charge over $25 for only one month of notifications with a per-day notifications limit.
Our service requires a one-time payment. You will only be charged once and this is not a subscription. The one-time payment unlocks access to the notifications. See our FAQ item "How long can I keep my notifications on?" to see how long the service lasts.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service you may request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase date, no questions asked. Please use our Contact Us form to get in touch with us about your refund. More details on our Refund Policy page.
Our payment processing is managed through Wix Payments and on-site checkout is secured by HTTPS/TLS data encryption. We do not handle or store any payment credit card information.
We do not book the Global Entry interview appointment for you. Instead, our email alerts provide clear instructions and links to the TTP website where you can login and book your appointment. Our service only notifies you when an appointment is available, but you are still responsible for booking the appointment.
You can keep your notifications on as long as it takes you to secure an appointment, within reason. We are confident you will be able to secure an appointment soon after signing up. With that in mind, the default timeframe after which we will turn off your notifications is three months, however, all email alerts contain a link where you can re-activate your notifications beyond three months. Our number one priority is helping you secure an appointment, so if you ever have any questions or concerns please let us know and we'll help you out.
You will receive up to 1 email notification per minute. The reason we may email you so frequently is because often appointments get taken within 5 minutes, so you have to act quick. This means you might experience a high volume of email from us. You can pause your notifications to temporarily stop receiving our emails using the link provided in the notification emails, and similarly when you want to re-enable notifications you can follow the same procedure. Note that these changes in your notifications can take up to 30 minutes to reflect.
You can manage your notifications via the link at the bottom of each email notification.
This includes:
1. Turning off (pausing) your email notifications
2. Changing the date you want an appointment before
3. Turning on (resuming) your email notifications
4. Changing the interview locations you want to track
5. Extending your notifications beyond the default 3 month period
Note: you cannot change the email address associated with your notifications after you sign-up.
Yes, you can turn your notifications back on. Each notification email contains a link to manage your notifications, which includes the ability to pause, resume, change interview locations, change target appointment date, and extend your notifications beyond the default three month period.
Currently we only offer email notifications. However, if you would like Text/SMS, WhatsApp, or other ways to receive notifications please let us know and we can look to accommodate your request.
Global Entry Tracker is a third-party service that helps users find interview appointments. We do not process Global Entry applications and we cannot help users get approved for Global Entry. We just make it easy for conditionally-approved users to know when appointment slots have opened up due to last-minute cancellations.

The unstylized text, "Global Entry", is used under "nominative fair use" to identify that our service is an accessory service that works with Global Entry appointments.
